Sabihin niyo ko kung kailan. Dalhin ko yung nakita ko sa bahay.

Meron pala kami foam cutter na gumagamit ng hot wire para malinis ang cut. Malinis ang cut niya sa foam.

Mukha siyang maliit na sewing machine. nakita ko sa youtube, malaking version nito yung ginagamit pang putol sa gitna ng surfboard PU blanks.

At sino nakakaalam kung saan makakabili ng Urethane Pour Foam? Dati meron sa polymer pero di na sila nag-bebenta ngayon. It's a two-part liquid set na pag hinalo mo, it will soldify and expand into rigid foam.

@stikfan: meron ata sa chemrez bro, or sa 3M, di ko pa alam san ung iba, or ka choi, or ung foam sa nat'l bookstore Very Happy kung makakapagcanvas ka na bro, kahit hati hati tayo sa pambili ng foam, ung pourable PU ata mga 3500 pero madami na ung boards na magagawa dun... Urethane Pour Foam ang hinahanap namin ni Woosa. Di pa kami sure kung mag-kano. nag-hahanap ako ngayon sa mga chemical sellers.

Parang ganito yung hinahanap namin. 2-part chemical siya na pag hinalo mo, mag-eexpand into a rigid foam. Pero pag ito ginamit natin, kailangan natin ng molde. Pwede daw gamitin ang plaster na molde pero kailangan ata lagyan ng parang wax lining.

Sa polymer products, P1,354 ang 3'x4'x2" (mahal) na PU foam. Isang board lang ata magagawa nun.

ahhh. mukhang mahirap nga yung mold sir,,
2 inches pala yung thickness nung sa polymer, diba sir 1 inch lang ang tamang thickness ng foamie na board? so bale pwedeng dalawa na dun, problema nga lang pag cut.. rabbit

hayz kagagaling ko lang mga sir sa polymer products pasay kanina, wala raw sila nung size na 3ftx5ftx2inches.. they've call polymer products pasig meron raw sila 4ftx3ftx5inches tapos ang price nia Php 3,2xx.. tinanong ko rin sila kung pede na sila mag cut, kaso ndi raw sila nag cucut eh. pede na kaya yung ganung size ng foam for 5 persons?kaso problema nga yung pag cut.. rabbit

Iniisip ko, yung mold pwede natin i-base sa isang existing foam board.

tama ka jan stickfan, mga tol, kitakits tayo kna bob sa proj.4 sa wednesday, mga 5pm pa ko makakadating, ganto mga tol, 1 board muna gawin natin lahat para makita nyo pano gawin to... cheers
