para sa mga umatend ng meeting....ito yun una naten agenda...
offficers for ALON SKIMBOARDING ASSOCIATION...
mag tatalaga na tayo ng officers for...president, vice president, treasurer, auditor, secritary...if ever kulang pa yun mga tao na itatalaga naten pls post it na lang kun ano pa need naten...

the earlier we get the list of officers, the earlier we can get things going. kailangan talaga by JUNE 2009 kumikilos na tayo. IMHO.

The first and second in rank via votes will become the President and Vice President, respectively, of Alon Skimboarding Association.

The newly elected President and Vice President will then designate the other positions since the nominations proved there are no possible match-ups, with same candidates getting nominated for more or less the similar positions.

This is of course with due consideration to the members' suggestions on who should get the seats.

On WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2009, poll for President will be closed and Alon shall have the first ''Pres"

Expect to have a meeting, especially newly-elected and newly-appointed officers on the same week.
