it just goes to show how "stupid" and "old" are our government's ways... hehehehehehe

besides, even first world countries are having a hard time putting fences on the net, what more here?

aba sinong sira ulo nakaisep naman nyan pati ba naman blogging ah gusto pasukin ng pulpulitiko naten...bwahahahah walang pinag kaiba yan sa gusto mangyare ni edu na ipatigel ang downloading ng mga movie at music at kung ano ano pang bagay sa internet....walang mga utak ang nakakaisep ng ganitong bagay... this is the new age of IT.....
